La Provence Restaurant and Terrace Wedding | Roseville | Bill and Kellie

I heard in a commercial the other day that 1 out of 5 relationships start online. And when I started to think about it and apply it to my couples, it actually proved true. Kellie and Bill are yet another wonderful example of love living online. They met on match.com and before they knew it, they were planning a wedding.

Bill and his two boys knew they had a pretty special woman in Kellie. And when both of his sons agreed to stand up with their Dad at the wedding, Kellie knew they had truly accepted her into their lives.

Kellie and Bill both wanted an elegant and intimate wedding and reception. And lucky for them, La Provence Restaurant and Terrace (where they got engaged) was right in their backyard…literally. This restaurant is such a great place for weddings. The venue is gorgeous and Raquel and her staff are completely amazing.

The entire day was everything Kellie and Bill had planned it to be, relaxed with no-pressure. It was all about good friends and family, good wine, good food, and lots and lots of love.

Folsom Engagement Session | Lake Natoma | Wendy and Michael

I have to admit, when Wendy asked about bringing Michael’s “other baby” to their engagement shoot in Folsom I was in shock. That was until she told me the other baby was actually his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Oh, okay…I get it! That girl is a little vain though. I had to Photoshop a pain chip out of her tank. What a diva!

But seriously, it was blast to spend the afternoon with all three of them! And poor Wendy was so nervous before we started our session. But I assured her that after about five minutes, it just becomes a really natural, comfortable hang-out session. And sure enough, she was in the groove in no time. And to watch her and Michael interact really makes you happy. They are soooooo in love. They have had a nice long engagement and have taken their time planning the wedding. So the engagement session was a long time coming. And let me tell you, they relished every single moment of it.

And you can see it. Just the way this beautiful mama melts into her mans arms. And the way he holds her with a protective look in his eyes. They too are both so full of life and love. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this May.
